After deleting a wapka site you will not have access to that domain, which means if your site domain was (trident.wapka.org) but you delete it then you will not be able to create another site with that domain

that needs to be fixed

Well this is not a bug or problem the thing is that we don't immediately delete everything from system! So that in case of emergency we can recover!
